  • 1 box Parmesean Couscous
  • 1 can boneless, skinless Salmon
  • 1 tomato chopped
  1. Prepare couscous as directed. After you the couscous has been cooked and fluffed mix in salmon and chopped tomato until heated through. Serve right away.
This is for the college student. It is cheap, filling, tasty and easy to prepare! I made it in my dorm and it worked out great.
