4 Layer Lemon Dessert

- 1 cup flour
- 1 cube melted butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup cool whip
- 2 small packages of lemon instant pudding
- 3 cups milk
DIRECTIONS
- Layer 1.
- Mix together flour, butter, and chopped nuts.
- Spread in a greased 9x13" pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- Cool completely.
- Layer 2.
- Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
- Add cool whip and mix well.
- Spread over cooled crust.
- Layer 3.
- Beat together pudding and milk for 2 minutes.
- Spoon over second layer.
- Layer 4.
- Spread the remaining cool whip on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
