INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Puff Pastry
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tbsp Coarse Sugar
  • 2 cups Sliced Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries & Blackberries
  • 1/4 Tbsp Sugar, Divided
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. On lightly floured surface, roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thickness
  3. Cut with floured star-shaped cookie cutter
  4. Place 1 inch apart on parchment lined baking sheets
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown
  6. Remove to wire racks & brush lightly with water, sprinkle with coarse sugar, and let cool
  7. In a large bowl, combine berries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside
  8. In a small bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken, add 1 Tbsp sugar; beat until soft peaks form
  9. Place sour cream in a serving bowl and fold in whipped cream
  10. Place bowl on serving platter & spoon berry mixture onto platter; top with pastry stars
