5 ingredient beef enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chunky salsa
  • 1 can red enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 package of shredded mexican cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. and lightly spray with non stick cooking spray
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium high. Drain the excess fat and return the meat to the skillet
  4. Pour half of the enchilada sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Warm the tortillas. Add 1/4 cup of the mixture down the center of each tortilla and top with cheese. Pour remaining enchilada sauce and sprinkle with cheese
  6. Tightly wrap the dish with foil and bake 30-35 minutes
