A Kiss of Coconut Cookie

  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons of Almond Extract
  • 24 unwrapped Hershey Kisses
  • 1 - 14 ounce bag of coconut flakes
  • 1 - 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
  1. Start by pre heating your oven to 325 degrees
  2. use parchment paper and cover your cookie sheets
  3. In your mixing bowl, mix together your condensed milk, and the two extracts. ( almond and vanilla). Slowly stir in the coconut flakes.
  4. Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, drop the mixture onto your parchment paper
  5. Slightly flatten each dollop, using the back of your spoon
  6. Bake for 16 - 18 minutes, depending on your oven
  7. When golden brown, remove from the oven and gently press a Hershey Kiss right into the middle of the cookie.
  8. Place on a cooling rack
