  • 100g Oats
  • 30g Quinoa
  • 30g Chia
  • 15g Goji Berry
  • 120g Banana
  • 0.1g cinnamon powder
  • 1 scoop of Onest Whey Protein
  • 350ml Almond Milk
  • 10g Honey
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. With medium heat put the almond milk, honey, Onest whey protein and cinnamon in a sauce pan and stir until the honey completely dissolves in the liquid.
  2. 2. Add the Oat, quinoa and chia and cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until the grains are completely cooked.
  3. 3. Serve in a bowl and top with sliced bananas and goji berries
  4. 4. If wanted a more sweet porridge can finish with some extra honey.
