ARTICHOKE HEARTS WITH PEAS

  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can artichoke hearts,

  • 1 can small peas (partly

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onion in oil until soft. Add artichoke and peas
  2. and parsley. Saute for 5 minutes. May be served as a side
  3. dish.
