ARTICHOKE PUFFS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 can artichoke hearts,
- drained
- lemon juice
- 1 loaf party rye bread
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- paprika (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Slice artichoke hearts in half. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Put artichoke heart halves on the party rye rounds.
- Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and top each round with mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Broil until brown and bubbly.
