ARTICHOKE PUFFS
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can artichoke hearts,
  • drained
  • lemon juice
  • 1 loaf party rye bread
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • paprika (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice artichoke hearts in half. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Put artichoke heart halves on the party rye rounds.
  3. Mix mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and top each round with mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Broil until brown and bubbly.
