  • 1 LARGE PACKAGE CHICKEN BREASTS (CUT IN 1/2)
  • 1 LARGE PACKAGE CHICKEN THIGHS
  • 1 LARGE PACKAGE DRUMSTICKS
  • 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL FOR EACH PAN
  • 4 GARLIC CLOVES (SMASHED & DICED)
  • 2 CUPS REAL LEMON - LEMON JUICE
  • 1 LARGE SPRIG OF ITALIAN FRESH PARSLEY
  • 2 CUPS CHICKEN BROTH
  • GARLIC POWDER
  • GARLIC SALT
  • BLACK PEPPER
DIRECTIONS
  1. I USE ALUMINUM PANS..IT'S MUCH EASIER CLEAN UP :)
  2. PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400*
  3. ADD OLIVE OIL, & CHICKEN TO THE PAN
  4. ADD BLACK PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER & GARLIC SALT ON BOTH SIDES
  5. COOK CHICKEN NICE & CRISPY ON BOTH SIDES...
  6. APPOXIMATELY 45 MIN
  7. DECREASE OVEN TO 275-300*
  8. TAKE OUT OF OVEN & DRAIN MOST OF THE LIQUID
  9. I USE A LARGE MEASURING CUP TO ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
  10. DICED GARLIC, PARSLEY, LEMON JUICE & CHICKEN BROTH
  11. ADD TO EACH TRAY
  12. COVER WITH TIN FOIL & BAKE AT 275-300* FOR 45 MINUTES
  13. TO SERVE - PLATE CHICKEN ON PLATTER, SOME JUICE & FRESH PARSLEY SPRINKLED
  14. THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF JUICE TO DIP YOUR ITALIAN BREAD!
  15. A NICE SPRING MIX SALAD GOES WELL TOO!

THIS WAS A TRADITIONAL FAMILY WEEKLY DINNER IN OUR HOME...ONE OF MY GRANDMA'S FAVORITES!! I MAKE IT OFTEN...AND ANYONE WHO HAS TRIED IT..LOVES IT! ENJOY!
