After-School Snack Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 C milk (fat free)
  • 1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 C frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen Acai packet (or 1/4 C other berry, frozen)
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 TBSP honey
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add liquid first and blend all ingredients together, Add more milk if too think.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
My kids come from school starving. Smoothies are quick easy and full of nutrition. I love to use plain Acai since it is loaded with antioxidants and healthy omegas. The plain yogurt is another great plus!
