After-School Snack Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 C milk (fat free)
- 1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 C frozen blueberries
- 1 frozen Acai packet (or 1/4 C other berry, frozen)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 TBSP honey
DIRECTIONS
- Add liquid first and blend all ingredients together, Add more milk if too think.
