Afternoon Coffee Vodka Cooler
INGREDIENTS
- ice cubes
- ½ cup cold brewed coffee
- 2 tablespoons Coffee Bean Vodka
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream, half-and-half, or light cream
- 1 teaspoon superfine or granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- To serve, fill a short glass with ice. Add coffee, Coffee Bean Vodka, cream, and sugar to glass. Stir gently.
- Coffee Bean Vodka:
- Place 16 whole coffee or espresso beans on a piece of 100% cotton cheesecloth and tie into a bundle with clean 100% cotton string.
- Gently crush a few beans by tapping lightly with a rolling pin.
- Pour one 750 ml bottle of vodka into a plastic freezer container; insert the bundle into the vodka.
- Cover; store in the freezer for at least four days or up to two weeks.
- To keep the vodka chilled longer, remove the coffee bean bundle.
