All American Macaroni and Cheese

- 8 oz Elbow Macaroni
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 pound grated White American Cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
- Cook macaroni as it states on the box
- Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
- Make white sauce in pot over low heat mixing butter, flour, seasoning and milk. Cook until thick while stirring constantly... about 12 minutes.
- Add 3/4 of the cheese to the white sauce and blend until melted.
- Pour over macaroni in a casserole dish
- mix remaining cheese with bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of macaroni.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
