Almond Butter Fudge

  • 1 C. Almond Butter
  • ¼ C. Coconut Oil
  • 1 ½ T. Raw Honey (or regular if you don’t have Raw)
  • ¼ - ½ t. sea salt
  1. In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt the coconut oil.
  2. Add the honey, almond butter and salt and mix very well.
  3. Line a plastic covered container with saran wrap.
  4. Pour mixture into the container and spread evenly.
  5. Freeze until set.
  6. Once set, you can slice into squares and then cover and refrigerate (or freeze) to store.
Excellent as a treat or snack when you have a little sweet tooth.
