Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp of vanilla or other favorite extract
  • 1/tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional add 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. drop about tbs of dough on pan lined with parchment paper and press with fork to flatten
  3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min, cool on rack and enjoy!!
