Almond Joy Smoothie

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 cups plain fat free yogurt
  • 1/4 cups fat free half and half
  • 2 tablespoons Hershey's lite chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon flaked coconut
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender container, combine yogurt, half and half, and chocolate syrup.
  2. Cover, process on blend 15 seconds.
  3. Add splenda, coconut and almond extracts.
  4. Re-cover and process on blend for 10 - 15 seconds till mixture is smooth.
  5. Evenly pour into 2 glasses.
  6. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon coconut on each one and serve at once
