Almond Macaroons

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ cup almond meal
- 1 tablespoon Natvia
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup desiccated coconut
- 6 almonds (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180º C and line and grease a baking tray.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil.
- Mix in 1 egg, ½ cup of almond meal, 1 tablespoon of Natvia and ¼ cup of desiccated coconut.
- Roll into 6 balls and place an almond on top of each.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes.
