  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups vodka
  • 2 tablespoons almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  1. Combine water and sugars in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Heat until the mixture is boiling, and all of the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir vodka, almond extract and vanilla extract into the mixture.
  5. Store in a sealed bottle and let rest for a week or more. Stuff is so good
What can say!!! Amaretto says in all. Had this recipe for years. after done this stuff is real good to make a Amaretto sour Just take a tangerine juices and some of the amaretto over some ice and Yummmoo as Rachael Ray would say LOL
