Amazing Chili Dip
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ lbs ground sirloin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ 10.5-oz. cans no-bean chili
- 1 8-oz. package cream cheese
- 1 ½ c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 6 oz. sour cream
- 1 can black olives
DIRECTIONS
- In a large frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook about 1 minute.
- Add the meat and brown.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and drain meat when cooked.
- Replace meat in pan and add chili, then cream cheese and stir.
- Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
- When cheese melts, empty the mixture into a large bowl and smooth down with a spoon.
- Spread the sour cream over the top and add black olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
