America’s Cut In Ginger Marinade

- 2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 4 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger or 1 Tablespoon dry ginger
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
- Marinade for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
