America’s Cut In Ginger Marinade
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups dry white wine or distilled vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 Tablespoons minced fresh ginger or 1 Tablespoon dry ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
  2. Marinade for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
