INGREDIENTS

- 1 C. All Purpose Flour
- 2 C. Cornmeal (he likes yellow, other people like other kinds)
- 2 TBLS Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 C. Vegetable Oil (extra for pan)
- 1 C. Milk
- Tabasco Sauce (couple shakes)
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat over to 350 F
- Mix Dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix Wet ingredients in Large bowl
- Add Dry to Wet "add more milk to make it sloppy" (consistancy of pancake batter I'm told)
- Heat an oiled oven proof pan on the stove (he uses a large Cast Iron Skillet) Pour in mixture
- Put pan in the oven for about 40 minutes (check with knife - it comes out clean if it's done)
