Angel Acres Cream of Potato Soup

  • 1 cup hot diced potatoes
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 1/3 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 tsp butter
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients in order listed above into blender.
  2. Cover container and operate on grate for 1 minute.
  3. Pour contents into sauce pan and heat thoroughly, stirring frequently.

Another Deibel Family favorite! My mother-in-law can do wonders with potatoes - maybe we should call her the "Potato Lady" um...don't tell her I said that! LOL!
