Angel Surprise Dessert

  • 1-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese,softened
  • 1 (3 3/4 ounce pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups angel cake cubes
  • 1 (13-14 oz. can crushed pineapple,drained
  • 1 (12 0z.)pkg. dessert topping mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small mixing bowl,gradually blend milk into the cream cheese, beating until smooth.
  2. Add the pudding mix and beat at low speed until smooth and slightly thickened,about 2 min.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture over the angel cake cubes, stirring to coat.
  4. Turn into an 8*8*2 inch baking dish.
  5. Spread the drained pineapple over the tip.
  6. Prepare the dessert topping mix according to package directions.
  7. Spread over all.
  8. Chill several hours or overnight.
