- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 24-oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspooon vanilla
- Crushed graham crackers, enough to line a 8-inch springform pan
- Butter for bottom of the springform pan
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS
- Beat stiff the egg whites. Blend in sugar, and gradually add softened cream cheese. Add vanilla and beat smooth. Butter and line a springform pan, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Pour in cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and spread on top of the cake when it comes right out of the oven, and bake for another 5 minutes at 475 degrees. Watch carefully, only 5 minutes. Chill completely, and serve with fresh berries.
