Anne's Cheesy Potatoes

- 1 (32 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pint (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 (8 or 10 oz) package cheddar shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
- In large bowl, mix together potatoes, soup, garlic salt, sour cream and cheddar.
- Spread into 9x13 casserole dish (ungreased).
- Sprinkle parmesan on top
- Bake at 350 for one hour
- Note: For a smaller serving size, can make 1/2 recipe in 8x8 square pan
