Apple Butter
INGREDIENTS
  • 6 qts Applesauce
  • 5 lbs. Sugar
  • 1 C. Vinegar
  • 1 T. Allspice
  • 2 T. Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place in roaster in 350° for about 3 hours or until desired thickness.
  2. Put in jars and seal.
