Apple Cake Cobbler
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cans apple pie filling
- 1 box dry butter pecan cake mix
- 1/4 c brown sugar, packed firmly
- 1/4 c pecans
- cinnamon to taste
- 2 sticks butter
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F. In a greased 9" x 13" baking pan, layer the ingredients as follows:
- 1. apple pie filling (spread evenly in bottom of dish)
- 2. sprinkle cinnamon to taste
- 3. spread cake mix evenly over apple pie filling
- 4. sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans
- 5. cut butter into patties (cover entire top of cake)
- Bake in preheated oven for 50 mins. Can top with Ice cream
