Apple Cake

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 55-60 minutes
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 cups peeled and chopped apples
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together then blend into creamed mixture. Fold in pecans and apples. Pour into well greased Bundt pan or loaf pans. Bake @ 350 for 55-60 minutes
