Apple Cheddar Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cups all-purpose oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled
  • apples
  • 3/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded sharp
  • cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 350F. Combine
  2. flour, sugar, baking powder,
  3. salt, & cinnamon. Add oil, eggs,
  4. & milk; mix well. Stir in apples,
  5. nuts, & cheese. Pour into well-
  6. greased & floured 9X5" loaf pan.
  7. Bake at 350F, 1 hour & 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from
  9. pan. Cool.
