Apple Cider

INGREDIENTS
  • 25 lbs. apples - mixed variety
  • (honey crisp, granny smith, jonagold, fuji, gala, pink lady, etc.)
  • cheese cloth
DIRECTIONS
  1. Peel and cut up apples. Place apples into a meat grinder to grind into pulp.
  2. Place ground apples into the cider press. Press apples, straining through cheese cloth.
  3. Pour cider into mason jars. Can the jars if not consumed in a couple of days.
