INGREDIENTS
- 25 lbs. apples - mixed variety
- (honey crisp, granny smith, jonagold, fuji, gala, pink lady, etc.)
- cheese cloth
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and cut up apples. Place apples into a meat grinder to grind into pulp.
- Place ground apples into the cider press. Press apples, straining through cheese cloth.
- Pour cider into mason jars. Can the jars if not consumed in a couple of days.
