Apple Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 can cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 T. butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 T. corn syrup
  1. Chop apples into small cubes. Spread 1 cup of the apples onto the bottom of a greased pan. Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters. Mix rolls with remaining apples.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Add to dough mixture. Spoon over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 28-38 minutes. Top with powdered sugar icing.
