Apple Crisp
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cups sliced apples
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix apples, sugar and flour.
  2. Pour into 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
  3. For Topping:
  4. Mix brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and flour; pat on top of apple mixture.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice over all if apples are not very juicy.
  6. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
