Apple Salsa

INGREDIENTS
- 2 apples, finely diced
- 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, roasted, seeded, and finely diced
- zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 c currants or raisins, chopped
- 1/2 c celery, small dice
- 1/4 c orange juice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator 1 hour before serving.
- Goes great on poached or baked halibut, salmon, tilapia or cod!!!
