• APPLESAUCE CAKE
• 1 pkg. moist deluxe spice cake
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup applesauce
• 1/3 cup oil
• POWDERED SUGAR FROSTING
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 t. vanilla
• 2 sticks butter
• 1/4 cup milk

1. Mix cake ingredients together. Bake cake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
3. Beat frosting ingredients together for 5 minutes. Let cake cool, then frost with frosting mixture.
