Applesauce Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 1/4 C applesauce
- 3 tbs veg oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 C self rising flour
- 3/4 tsp ground cloves
- 3/4 C chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sugar, applesauce, oil and eggs in a large bowl
- Beat at medium speed 1 minute
- Set aside
- Combine flour and spices
- Add to applesauce mixture and beat until smooth
- Stir in pecans
- Spoon into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 3" loaf pan
- Bake at 375 for 1 hour and 5 minutes
