Applesauce oat bars

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2/3 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Dash ground allspice
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sift together dry ingredients.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; stir just until completely moistened.
  5. Spread in prepared pan.
  6. Bake 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
  7. Cool slightly before cutting.
