Apricot Baked Brie by Cara (ABBC)
INGREDIENTS

- Puff pastry or phyllo dough
- Apricot preserves
- Wheel of Brie
DIRECTIONS
- Place some parchment paper on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Lay out the desired amount of pastry - be generous with your carbs!
- Prep your cheese: I remove the rind, but it's not necessary. Cut shallow, diagonal lines in the top of the brie in a each direction.
- Place your prepped brie on top of the pastry sheets and smother with desired amount of apricot preserves.
- Begin folding the pastry sheets over the top of the brie until it's fully covered.
- Optional: slather a little more apricot preserves over the top to ensure the pastry remains closed.
- Place in the oven at 400 degrees and bake until the pastry is a golden brown (20-30 mins)
