Apricot Nectar Ice

  • 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups Apricot KERNSĀ® from LIBBY'S Refrigerated All Nectar
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
DIRECTIONS
  1. Sprinkle gelatin into cold water in large bowl; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until softened.
  2. Add hot water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  3. Add sugar; stir until dissolved.
  4. Stir in nectar, orange juice and orange peel.
  5. Pour mixture into 9-inch square baking pan. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Spoon into serving dishes
