Artichoke Bread

- 1 bar or 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs
- 20 to 25 Ritz type crackers
- 1 (4 oz.) jar marinated
- artichoke hearts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate Cheddar cheese coarsely.
- Crumble Ritz crackers into pieces. Beat 4 eggs until thick and
- yellow. Cut up artichoke hearts. (Save marinade.) Mix all
- ingredients together including marinade. Turn into a buttered
- 8 or 9-inch square pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into
- bite-size pieces, serve warm.
