Artichoke Bread

  • 1 bar or 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 to 25 Ritz type crackers
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar marinated
  • artichoke hearts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grate Cheddar cheese coarsely.
  2. Crumble Ritz crackers into pieces. Beat 4 eggs until thick and
  3. yellow. Cut up artichoke hearts. (Save marinade.) Mix all
  4. ingredients together including marinade. Turn into a buttered
  5. 8 or 9-inch square pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into
  6. bite-size pieces, serve warm.
