Artichoke Casserole
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen
  • spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • buttered bread crumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Drain artichoke hearts; slice in half. Layer in bottom
  2. of 9 x 13-inch lightly greased dish. Cook spinach and drain.
  3. Warm margarine and cream cheese and mix with drained spinach.
  4. Add lemon juice to mixture. Spoon over artichoke hearts. Add
  5. buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
