Artichoke Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 25
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all and place in small casserole. Bake at 350ยบ for approx. 20 - 25 minutes.
  2. Serve with assorted crackers or flat bread.

Don't know how long ago I got this recipe. The brother who shared it always called it his "1 cup, 1 cup, 1 can" recipe!! It is pretty awesome!!
