Artichoke Rounds
  • 1 box melba rounds
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can substitute other types)
  • 1 tsp. Worchestershire
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Place Melba Rounds on baking sheet and place one piece of artichoke heart in the middle.
  2. In a small bowl mix the Hellman's, shredded cheese, worchestershire, salt and pepper then place a small spoonful on top of each artichoke heart.
  3. Place under broiler for just a minute or two-you have to keep an eye on it and it is done once the mayo/cheese mixture starts to bubble and brown-then take them out quickly so they don't burn.
When we were little my parents were always having card parties and my mom always made lots of appetizers and it was hard not to eat them! I would always sneak into the kitchen and try to grab a couple.
