Artichoke Spinach Spread in Won Ton Baskets

INGREDIENTS
- 16 Won ton wrapper Squares
- 2 tp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic minced
- 2 tsp Herb-OX chicken flavored boullion granules
- 6-oz bag of baby spinach, chopped
- 15-oz can of artichokes, drained and quartered
- 1/2 cup parm cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- cooking spray
DIRECTIONS
- Coat a mini-muffin pan with the cooking spray and place a won ton wrapper in each cup.
- Bake for 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Remove from the oven and cool.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet.
- Add the onion, garlic and chicken granules.
- Cook till the onions are soft.
- Add the chopped spinach, artichokes,and cheese.
- Cook till the spinach wilts.
- Cool slightly then add the sour cream and mix well.
- Place a heaping Tablespoon of the filling into each won ton basket and serve
