Artichoke Spinach Spread in Won Ton Baskets
  • 16 Won ton wrapper Squares
  • 2 tp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Herb-OX chicken flavored boullion granules
  • 6-oz bag of baby spinach, chopped
  • 15-oz can of artichokes, drained and quartered
  • 1/2 cup parm cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • cooking spray
  1. Coat a mini-muffin pan with the cooking spray and place a won ton wrapper in each cup.
  2. Bake for 7 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  3. Remove from the oven and cool.
  4. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  5. Add the onion, garlic and chicken granules.
  6. Cook till the onions are soft.
  7. Add the chopped spinach, artichokes,and cheese.
  8. Cook till the spinach wilts.
  9. Cool slightly then add the sour cream and mix well.
  10. Place a heaping Tablespoon of the filling into each won ton basket and serve
