Artichoke Spread

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Drain and chop artichoke hearts
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  3. 3. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  4. Serve warm with crackers or garlic bagel bits
