Artichoke Spread

- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Drain and chop artichoke hearts
- 2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
- 3. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Serve warm with crackers or garlic bagel bits
