Artichoke and Parmesan Dip

  • 1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, in water (not oil)
  • 1 cup lowfat mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • garlic salt, season to taste
  • salt and pepper, season to taste
  1. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
This is such an easy one--last minute hors d'oeuvres but people always rave and want the recipe. My mom gave me this recipe and it has become a staple for me at dinner parties. People always gobble it up!
