Asiago Cheese Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups grated Asiago Cheese
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can artichokes in water, drained and mashed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Stir all of these items together.
  2. Hollow out a loaf of sourdough, saving the lid. Put above mixture into hollowed-out loaf.
  3. Put lid back on.
  4. Wrap entire loaf in tin foil.
  5. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
  7. Suggestion: Purchase flatbread, cut it up for dipping.
