Asian Pork Wraps with Slaw

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3/4 cup hoisin sauce, plus more for serving (optional)
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • Slaw:
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl, combine the slaw ingredients; set aside.
  2. In a small skillet, cook pork in oil until pork is no longer pink. Spoon coleslaw mixture and pork down the center of each tortilla; roll up.
