Asian Pork Wraps with Slaw

- Filling for Wraps:
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork loin roast
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3/4 cup hoisin sauce, plus more for serving (optional)
- 8 large flour tortillas
- Slaw:
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine the slaw ingredients; set aside.
- In a small skillet, cook pork in oil until pork is no longer pink. Spoon coleslaw mixture and pork down the center of each tortilla; roll up.
