Asian Style Cobb Salad

  • 5 chopped romaine lettuces
  • 1 can drained mandarin oranges
  • 1/3 c. shredded chicken
  • 1/3 c. grated carrots
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 hard boiled eggs sliced
  • 1/4 sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 1 clove pressed garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together sauce ingredients and set aside
  2. Place all salad ingredients in bowl
  3. Serve immediately with the dressing
