Asian Tuna Bake
  • 2 cans (7 oz. each) white tuna, solid pack
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 oz. can mushroom caps
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles
  1. If tuna is packed in oil, drain off the oil. Break tuna into bite sized chunks. Mix soup, water and soy sauce. Drain mushrooms. Combine tuna, soup mixture, mushrooms, onion, celery, cashews and 1 cup of noodles. Mix and turn into a 1-1/2 quart casserole.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with the other cup of noodles during the last 10 minutes of baking. Can be made ahead and baked the next day.
