Asparagas Wrap

  • 10 Asparagas spears
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • 10 slices balogna
DIRECTIONS
  1. Trim asparagas and blanch.
  2. Blend mustard and mayo in small bowl.
  3. Divide and spread the mayo mix on all slices of balogna.
  4. Wrap each spear in a balogna slice.
  5. Place all wraps on a microwave plate. Cover lightly with paper towells.
  6. Cook on med. for 1 min. until hot. rotate plate and cook 30 sec.
